What Fantula is

Fantula is operated by FANTULA LLC. We sell digital goods: gift cards, wallet codes, game credit and similar codes issued by other companies, and on the website, subscription services.

We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands whose products we sell. Their names and logos belong to them and are used only to identify the products.

Codes are tied to a region or a currency. A code for one region usually cannot be used on an account from another. Check the region of your account before you buy. The issuing company's own terms apply to how you use a code.

凡图拉是什么

凡图拉由 FANTULA LLC 运营。我们销售数字商品：其它公司发行的礼品卡、钱包码、游戏点数等兑换码，以及网站上的会员服务。

我们是独立的转售方，与所售商品的品牌方没有隶属、认可或赞助关系。品牌名称和标志归各自的权利人所有，仅用于识别商品。

兑换码绑定地区或货币。一个区的码通常不能用在另一个区的账号上，购买前请确认你账号所在的区。兑换码的使用同时适用发行方自己的条款。

Your account

You need an account to buy. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the website.

你的账号

购买需要账号。请保管好你的登录信息，账号内发生的操作由你负责。你须年满 18 岁，或已获得父母或监护人的同意。

你可以随时在 App 或网站上注销账号。

Points and balance

Prices are shown in points. You top up points and spend them on orders. Points are not money: they cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash, and they can only be used on Fantula.

Points bought through Apple's in-app purchase do not expire. The price of a top-up can differ between the app and the website, because the in-app price includes Apple's fee.

点数和余额

价格以「点」标示。你充值点数，再用点数下单。点数不是货币：不能提现、不能转给他人、不能兑换现金，只能在凡图拉使用。

通过苹果内购购买的点数不会过期。同一档充值在 App 和网站上的价格可能不同，因为 App 内价格包含苹果的费用。

Orders and delivery

Most codes are delivered right after payment and shown in your order. Some are sourced after you pay; if we cannot deliver within the time shown on the order, it is cancelled automatically and the points go back to your balance.

Prices and availability change. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm the order.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

订单和交付

多数兑换码在付款后立即交付，显示在你的订单里。部分商品在你付款后才采购；如果未能在订单显示的时间内交付，订单会自动取消，点数退回你的余额。

价格和库存会变动，以你确认订单时显示的价格为准。

退款按我们的《退款政策》处理。

Tula, the assistant

Tula helps you find products and check your orders. Some answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Prices, regions and order status shown on cards and in your order are what count, not the wording of a chat answer.

助手图拉

图拉帮你找商品、查订单。部分回答由 AI 生成，可能出错。价格、地区和订单状态以卡片和订单里显示的为准，而不是对话里的措辞。

What you may not do

• Use Fantula for fraud, money laundering, or with payment methods that are not yours.
• Resell through Fantula's reseller features without being approved as a reseller.
• Attack, scrape or overload the service, or try to get codes without paying.

We may suspend an account that does these things and cancel related orders.

禁止的行为

• 利用凡图拉从事欺诈、洗钱，或使用不属于你的支付方式。
• 未获批准成为代理而通过代理功能转售。
• 攻击、批量抓取或恶意占用服务，或试图不付款获取兑换码。

出现上述行为时，我们可以暂停账号并取消相关订单。

Our responsibility

We deliver the code you ordered, valid at the time of delivery. We cannot control what the issuing company does afterwards: it may change its rules, limit regions, or restrict accounts under its own terms.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

我们的责任

我们交付你所订购的、在交付时有效的兑换码。之后发行方的行为不受我们控制：它可能修改规则、限制地区，或依其条款限制账号。

在法律允许的范围内，服务按现状提供；我们就一笔订单承担的责任总额以你为该订单支付的金额为限。本条款不限制法律不允许限制的权利。

If you use the iPhone app

These terms are between you and FANTULA LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. If the app fails to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the app's purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Purchases made through Apple's in-app purchase are also subject to Apple's terms, and refunds for them are handled by Apple.

如果你使用 iPhone App

本条款是你与 FANTULA LLC 之间的约定，与苹果无关。苹果不对 App 及其内容负责，也没有为其提供支持的义务。如 App 不符合适用的保证，你可以通知苹果退还 App 的购买价款（如有）。苹果及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，可以主张本条款。通过苹果内购完成的购买同时适用苹果的条款，其退款由苹果处理。

Law, changes, contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting consumer protections you have where you live.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
